1. The agreement
These Terms of Use govern your visit to the IzzyOps pre-launch website (the "Site") and your use of the email waitlist. By using the Site or joining the waitlist you accept these Terms.
IzzyOps Pty Ltd ("IzzyOps", "we", "us") is preparing to launch an AI customer-service platform. Until launch, no service is being provided. A full Terms of Service agreement will replace these Terms when the platform opens to customers; anyone on the waitlist at that time will receive 14 days' notice before the change takes effect.
2. What this Site is (and is not)
The Site is informational. It describes a platform that does not yet operate, lets you join an email waitlist, and announces our presence at CCW Las Vegas in June 2026.
The Site is not:
- An offer of service. Nothing on the Site constitutes a contract to deliver a product.
- An invitation to treat. Pricing and feature descriptions are forward-looking and subject to change before launch.
- Financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Anything that reads like advice is for general information only.
3. The waitlist
If you submit your email address through the signup form, you join our pre-launch email list. We use that list to send launch updates, an invitation to our CCW demo, and first-access offers when the platform opens.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the one-click link in every email we send. We honour the request within 24 hours.
By joining the waitlist you confirm that:
- The email address you provided is yours, or you have authority to use it.
- You are at least 16 years old.
- You have read our Privacy Notice.
4. Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Submit false email addresses, signup en masse using scripts, or otherwise manipulate the waitlist.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the Site's vulnerabilities; or attempt to bypass our security controls. Responsible disclosure is welcome — email security@izzyops.com.
- Use the Site to harm any person, organisation, or system.
- Reproduce, copy, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our written permission.
- Imply any endorsement, partnership, or relationship with IzzyOps that does not exist.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, code, logos, and trademarks (including "IzzyOps") are owned by IzzyOps Pty Ltd or its licensors and protected by Australian and international intellectual property law. Nothing on the Site grants you any licence to our intellectual property except the right to view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
"Redial BPO" is a trademark of Redial BPO Inc., used with permission.
6. Forward-looking statements
Anything on this Site describing the IzzyOps platform — features, integrations, pricing, timing, partnerships — is forward-looking. We make these statements in good faith based on current plans, but the platform is in development and the final product, timing, and commercial terms may differ. Do not make business decisions in reliance on these descriptions.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide the Site with reasonable care and skill. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "AS IS" and we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IzzyOps is not liable to you for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to AUD $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law (including non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify IzzyOps against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law in connection with the Site.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, our hosting provider's status page, or to Redial BPO). We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site. Following a link is at your own risk.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Site evolves. Material changes will be notified by email to people on the waitlist at least 14 days before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. When the platform launches, these Terms will be replaced in full by the platform Terms of Service.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. EU/UK consumers retain mandatory rights under local law.
