How quickly can I be live?

Most customers are live the same day. Sign up, build your AI persona, design your workflow, take your first call. No coding, no IT team, no waiting weeks.

Do I need IT or developers?

No. Everything is no-code — persona builder, workflow builder, integration setup. If you can use a Google Doc, you can configure IzzyOps.

How long does onboarding take?

Self-serve: hours. Guided onboarding (free on every plan): typically 2-3 days end-to-end, including persona tuning, workflow design, and at least one integration. Scale customers get a dedicated CSM.

Can I migrate from another platform?

Yes. We import call recordings, transcripts, and persona scripts from most other AI voice platforms. We'll also help you reverse-engineer your existing IVR flow into a workflow.

Does it support languages other than English?

Yes. English and Spanish out of the box. French, Portuguese, Tagalog, and Mandarin available on request. Multi-lingual personas can switch languages mid-call based on the caller's preference.

Can I build complex call flows?

Yes. The Visual Workflow Builder supports branching, conditions, integrations mid-call, sentiment-driven routing, and live handoff triggers. Version history + 1-click rollback included.

What happens when the AI can't handle it?

It hands off to a real human in under 8 seconds — with the full transcript, intent, sentiment trajectory, and CRM context already on the human's screen. Customer doesn't repeat themselves. Conversation continues mid-sentence.

Are the humans your staff?

They can be either. Redial BPO is our exclusive partner for live human handoff — their agents are trained on your business and scripted to your tone, on-shift around the clock. You can also bring your own agents (your existing front desk or back-office team) and route handoffs to them instead, or mix the two.

How do you decide when to hand off?

A mix of explicit triggers (caller asks for a human, payment step, complaint keyword) and learned signals (sentiment drop, intent mismatch, two consecutive AI clarifications). All thresholds are tunable per persona.

What if no agent is available right now?

The AI tells the caller a human will call back within X minutes (you set X) and books the callback into your queue. Then a real person calls back — almost always inside that window.

Is IzzyOps secure?

Yes. IzzyOps runs on R.O.S. — the same operations platform Redial BPO uses for Fortune 500 contact centres. SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS Level 1, HIPAA-aligned, ISO 27001. Encryption in transit and at rest. Audit-ready out of the box.

Where is my data stored?

Tenant data is logically isolated. Regional storage is configurable — US, EU, AU, or hybrid. Enterprise customers can specify exact data residency in contract.

Are you HIPAA-compliant?

We are HIPAA-aligned and offer a BAA. PHI is handled with full controls across the AI persona, transcripts, recordings, and downstream integrations. See the Trust Center for the full posture.

How long do you retain call data?

Configurable per tenant. Default is 90 days for transcripts and 30 days for audio. Enterprise plans support custom retention from 7 days to 7 years.

Can I delete my data on request?

Yes. Customer-initiated deletion is supported via the dashboard. End-user deletion requests (GDPR / CCPA right to erasure) are processed inside 30 days.

Does it work for B2B as well as B2C?

Yes. Most marketing and sales use cases are B2B (lead qualification, outbound campaigns). Most customer service and operations use cases span both. Persona and workflow tune to your customer profile either way.

How does pricing work?

Three tiers: Starter (free, 50 mins/month), Growth ($299/mo, includes 2,000 mins), Scale (custom, dedicated CSM + Redial agent pool). You pay only for what you use beyond the included minutes. No setup fees, no long contracts.

What happens if I go over my plan?

Calls keep flowing — they don't drop. You're billed for overage at the end of the month. We notify you at 80% and 100% so there are no surprises.

Can I change plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrade and we credit the unused days. Downgrade and it applies at the next renewal.

What support do I get?
