Do I need to know how to code?
No. The whole builder is drag-and-drop. The most code you'll see is when you click 'view JSON' out of curiosity.
Can I integrate my CRM in a workflow?
Yes — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho work out of the box. Look up records, write back outcomes, trigger follow-ups. Anything beyond that, we can custom-build.
What happens if a workflow fails mid-call?
It hands off to a Redial agent with the full transcript. The caller never hits dead air. We also flag the failure in your dashboard so you can fix it.
How do I test before going live?
The builder has a test-call panel. Phone the workflow with any number, hear the agent, hang up, tweak, repeat. Nothing routes to real customers until you flip 'Live'.
Can two workflows run at once?
Yes. Route by phone number, time of day, customer attribute, or A/B split. Common pattern: one for HVAC daytime, another for after-hours emergencies.
