Is R.O.S. a separate product I have to buy?
No. R.O.S. is the operations platform IzzyOps runs on. You don't license it directly — you get its benefits (orchestration, analytics, compliance, handoff infrastructure) as part of every IzzyOps subscription.
Who owns R.O.S.?
Redial BPO owns and operates R.O.S. IzzyOps is an independent company with an exclusive strategic partnership with Redial BPO that gives us — and our customers — access to R.O.S. as the underlying operations substrate.
What happens to my data on R.O.S.?
Customer data is logically isolated per tenant. Retention is configurable. Regional storage is available. The same SOC 2, PCI DSS L1, and HIPAA-aligned controls Redial uses for enterprise contact-centre work apply to your IzzyOps account.
What if Redial and IzzyOps part ways?
The exclusive partnership is long-term and contractual. In the unlikely event of a transition, your data remains yours and is exportable. Continuity provisions are documented in the master agreement.
Can I see R.O.S. directly?
The R.O.S. operator console is for Redial's contact-centre operations team. As an IzzyOps customer, you see the IzzyOps dashboard — which surfaces the R.O.S. data and controls relevant to your account. Enterprise customers can request operator-level visibility.
